KIA/Hyundai: PIN-code option missing

We have implemented a fix for this issue, and it should now be possible to enter PIN-codes for Hyundai and KIA.

In order to enter the PIN-code, so we can retrieve vehicle data, follow the steps below:

- Find your KIA or Hyundai on the home page of the Tibber-app.
- Press the settings-icon in the upper right corner (cog wheel)
- You should now be prompted to enter the car's PIN-code.
- Enter the four digit code and proceed to set all settings for smart charging.

You may need to force close the app once for the change to take effect if the Tibber-app has been running in the background on your device for a longer period.

Some users are not getting prompted to enter the PIN-code for their KIA or Hyundai.
