Tibber system status

NO: Missing prices for grid fees from selected grid companies with an open API. Issue can impact smart charging schedules

Investigating - Some grid companies are missing prices for the grid fee between the hours of 22:00-23:00 and 06:00-07:00, typically when the shift from day to night tariffs occur. The prices these hours can be displayed as 0 NOK, and can impact the schedules of smart charging, causing charging to scheduled at more expensive hours than necessary.

We are investigating the issue.

Smart charging: We are experiencing some issues when calculating charging speeds for smart charging on integrated cars only.

Investigating - In some instances we are planning smart charging with a higher speed than what is realistic. This seems to only apply to situations where there is only an integrated car to control. (No supported charger with a Power-up)

The issue can cause cars not to be fully charged by the set departure time.

We are investigating the issue.

Pulse paring issue for iOS on Tibber version 24.24.00

Monitoring - We are rolling out a new version of the app which solves the issue with Pulse-pairing. Check out the App Store to see if the update is available for you. (It's a gradual rollout, so not everyone gets the update at the same time)

Identified - The issues with pairing Pulse on iOS (iPhone/iPad) is specific to the version 24.24.00 of the Tibber-app on iOS. This will be fixed for the next release of the app. In the meantime, please try pairing Pulse on a slightly older version of the app if possible or on an Android device.
