Identified - We have identified a bug in the Solis pairing process that prevents us from receiving information from the inverter about the battery size. As a result, our system cannot create schedules, which means we are unable to control the battery. The battery’s charging and discharging actions are currently controlled by the Solis software.

All inverters that were paired between today and December 21st are affected.

We are working on a solution and will update this message and notify affected customers as soon as it is rolled out. Our apologies for the inconvenience.

Investigating - Some users are experiencing an issue where the charging session summary does not take all earned Grid Rewards into account. As a result, the summary is incomplete and the average price per kWh is incorrect.

The rewards are calculated correctly and are visible on a daily level in the earned rewards graph on the Grid Rewards screen.

We are currently investigating why these rewards are missing from the charging summary.

Identified - The Solis Bridge integration is currently under active development. We’re improving the integration week by week and aim to move it out of LABs in the near future.

Tibber is also continuously working on supporting more power fees (peak tariffs) in Sweden. These fees will be considered in the optimisation to ensure grid costs are also minimised.

Investigating - Some users might experience that we are not able to control their battery as optimally as possible. This is due to communication problems with the Huawei platform.

We are investigating this issue. As soon as we have more information, we will post an update. In the meantime, if you are experiencing problems, you can choose to switch to basic mode and let the Huawei software control your battery.

Investigating - Some users may experience getting randomly logged out of the app. This seems to be caused by the price-widget that you can have visible on your iOS homescreen.

The issue has been identified. As a temporary solution, you can remove the widget from your phone until the issue is fixed.

If you are going to use the workaround, make sure to select all scopes available when creating the client for the workaround to work

Resolved - Due to technical challenges we have decided to not go forward with mending the current integration for Hyundai. The power-up has been removed for new pairings from the app.
Connected cars will stay connected until the connection is lost or the car is disconnected, at which point it will not be possible to pair the car again.

If you have an integrated charger you can add your car as non-integrated and smart charge via your integrated charger.

Hopefully the integration will be back some time in the future.
