Identified - Some customers are currently experiencing bugs related to navigation and settings in the app.
These bugs are accidentally introduced while prepping the app for future upgrades.

We will squash the bugs that pop-up as quickly as possible, but due to on-going work on upgrades it might take some time.

The upgrades that are coming will make it all worth it. We promise!

Update - Users on 23.44.0 will have issues with setting "No departure". On 23.46.0 (2) user are unable to enter the settings for departure, causing the app to freeze within the SC-settings screen.

Investigating - We have an issue with the latest app-version on iOS. The "mode settings-button" in a thermostat bubble leads you to the settings page for smart heating, instead of the settings page for mode, power and fan

The "state" for thermostats is also being showed incorrectly when warming or balancing.

Monitoring - A new-app update has been released that fixes this issue for iOS. The latest version for iOS is now 23.44.2

This was a hot-fix and the settings may appear to not save, but has been saved in the background. You can enter a new page in the app and return to the setting to see it have taken effect.

Update - Due to changes in the Audi API vehicles are now updating their status more rarely than they used to. This also occurs during charging.

The lack of updates can cause the car to appear offline in the Tibber-app and consumption data from charging may not be stored in the EV-analysis in the Tibber-app.

Investigating - Some user are unable to pair the vehicle to Tibber after disconnecting it, or only have sporadic connection. We are currently investigating the issue.

Logging out and back in to the native Audi-app may solve the pairing issue.

Monitoring - Some users may experience issues entering the PIN-code for their car.

Please try to disconnect the KIA power-up and then change the PIN-code. It is recommended to wait for at least 24 hours after the change before attempting to connect the car to Tibber again.

Please note that there are also pairing issues related to KIA, and there is a chance a new pairing may fail.

Update - Due to changes in Audi's API smart charging won't work when activated on the charger.
The solution is to have smart charging activated on the car instead of the charger, if you have integrated both your car and your charger with Tibber.

Note: This does not apply to every Audi. Unless you are having repeating issues with your car not charging, the recommended setup with smart charging on the charger should be kept.
