Update - Wallbox has informed us that they have discovered a bug in firmware version 6.11.16 for the Wallbox Pulsar Max chargers. They are currently working on a firmware update to resolve this issue.
Symptoms: charging starts at high power, then drops or stops and never goes above 6A again, causing issue for some cars to not start charing again.
To temporarily resolve this issue, Wallbox advises customers to perform a factory reset and to turn off automatic software updates after the factory reset.
Please make sure the charger connects to your Wi-Fi network again after the reset.

Monitoring -
Since approximately 14:30 this afternoon, we have been able to control the Huawei batteries again. As the Huawei maintenance window is still ongoing, further disruptions may occur.
Apr 18, 20:08 CEST
Update -
Due to ongoing maintenance on Huawei’s platform, we are currently experiencing an interruption in receiving data and controlling Huawei inverters.
Although Huawei scheduled a three-day maintenance window, they assured us that the actual disruption to battery management would be much shorter. Unfortunately, the restoration of these controls is taking longer than the indication they provided. We are monitoring the situation closely as we wait for Huawei to resolve these infrastructure issues.
We advice you to switch over to inverter software to control the battery in the meantime.

Scheduled maintenance is currently in progress. We will provide updates as necessary.
Apr 17, 20:00 CEST
Scheduled -
Huawei will perform maintenance on their infrastructure, which Tibber uses to communicate with Huawei inverters. Huawei expects the downtime to be limited.
During this downtime, we will not be able to update information in our app or control the battery. In most cases, the batteries will continue operating based on the last sent instructions, and we will resume control as soon as communication with the battery is restored.

We recently sent a communication to customers with a Škoda, Volkswagen, or Audi vehicle, asking them to re-pair their car due to a lost connection. Unfortunately, this message was also sent to some users whose vehicles still have an active connection.
If you can see the current SoC (State of Charge / battery level) in the Tibber app, there is no need to re-pair your car.
We apologize for any confusion caused.
