Investigating - There is an issue with the connection to Volvo. It's currently not possible to (re-)pair your car.

To be able to use Smart Charging and Grid Rewards you can temporarily add a non-integrated car to your account. You can find them in the "You" menu --> Electric cars --> Non-integrated.

Update - We are continuing to investigate this issue.

If you have an integrated charger with Tibber, please add a Tibber Dummy-vehicle and set as preferred vehicle for your charger.
That way you can still smart charging using your integrated charger.

Tibber Dummy is found via You - Electric vehicles - Non-integrated - Tibber.
Select and add the correct battery size for your BMW.

Investigating - Due to expired tokens many KIA- and Hyundai-vehicles have been or will soon be disconnected from the Tibber-app.

By going to Power-ups -> KIA/Hyundai, you can see the status of the power-up in your app. If it says "Connect", you will need to connect the car once more to Tibber.

A new pairing will set up new access tokens.

Jan 07, 2025 - 15:53 CET
Investigating - When pairing a smart device to the Tibber-app via Power-ups, you may get an error message stating "Woops". Most likely the pairing has worked, but the device is hidden from the front page of the app.

If you get the "Woops"-message when pairing a device, try the following:
1. Check if the "Connect"-message for the power-up has changed to "Disconnect". (Try again if it says "Connect")
2. If yes, go back to Home and click on the filter-icon in the top right corner, next to the chat-icon.
3. Scroll down the list to find your recently paired power-up.
4. Check it off, and it will now be visible on your home screen.

We are investigating why this issue is occurring.
