Identified - We are working together with Nibe to find a permanent solution to the issue with pairing and communicating with the Nibe S serie heatpump. We hope to have a solution in place before next winter.

Next year we will look into the possibilities of integrating the Nibe F serie

Update - Together with Solis, we have developed new firmware that resolves the known issues affecting the Tibber–Solis integration. Once your inverter has been updated, the integration should work as intended again.

As a workaround, you can use an Android device to pair the Pulse or Bridge with your Tibber account. Once paired, it will be fully functional in the Tibber app.

Investigating - We are currently experiencing issues displaying live consumption data in the Tibber app for Discovergy and Inexogy smart meters that use the Discovergy Power-up.

This only affects the live view. The analysis in the app and your billing are not affected.

The fix needs to be made on the side of our metering partner Inexogy.

We are in active contact with them to resolve this as quickly as possible.

Identified - Users with a connected SAJ battery may experience an issue where, during discharge, the battery does not provide enough power to cover the home’s total consumption.

We are working with SAJ to resolve this issue and will provide an update as soon as we have more information.

Investigating - The cars are seemingly entering hibernation mode and refuses to start charging after smart charging has initially paused charging after being plugged in. Even if the charger is supplying power to the car due to smart charging wanting to start or Grid Rewards-charging, the car will not accept the current from the charger.

The issue affects Tesla Model Y and Tesla Model 3 of all model years.

If you need a fully charged car the next day, we currently recommending turning off smart charging if you have a Zaptec to be sure your car is fully charged when needed.

We are investigating this issue.

Update - We have released the new Zappi integration in Labs. Go to the You menu in the Tibber app, open Labs, and enable "New Power-ups". The new Power-up will then be available in the Power-ups menu.

Please note: Due to limitations in the MyEnergi API, it is currently not possible to adjust the charging speed. As a result, the load balancing, peak control, and smart solar charging features are not yet available. As soon as MyEnergi adds this capability, we will re-enable these features.

Update - MyEnergi has released a new firmware version which unfortunately doesn't solve the problem.

Our advice is to refrain from updating to firmware versions 5.733 and 5.736 for the time being.
