Monitoring - We have discovered that a limited number of Homevolts have lost their LTE and Wi-Fi connection.
To restore the connection, you can follow these steps:

- Remove the casing of the Homevolt.
- Press and hold the left button next to the LED on the inverter (the one with the circle) for 30 seconds.
- After 30 seconds, you can release the button. The Homevolt will restart and come back online.

If the Homevolt does not come back online after following these steps, or if you prefer not to remove the casing yourself, please send a message to support via the app or email us at hello@tibber.com. Our support team will be happy to assist you further.

Update - Some S serie heatpumps can't be paired at the moment. We are in contact with Nibe for a solution.

All models: Due to rate limiting by the Nibe API, large portions of the temperature graph for Nibe-devices in the Tibber-app can be empty, showing no data.

If we are no longer receiving data from your SMA inverter, the solution is to re-pair the inverter in the Power-Up.

If the above does not work, please log into the SMA Sunny Portal (https://ennexos.sunnyportal.com/) with your SMA credentials and accepting any updates to Terms & Conditions before trying to re-pair in the Tibber app again.

Update - We are continuing to work on the Fronius-integration.

If you are having issues pairing your Fronius-inverter to Tibber, please try to turn off MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) on your Fronius-account and then attempt to pair the Fronius power-up to Tibber.

To turn off MFA for Fronius:
1. Go to login.fronius.com/myaccount
2. Log in with your account-details
3. Go to the tab "Security"
4. Click the toggle for MFA to turn it off.

You can also attempt to log into https://login.fronius.com/ to confirm your account.
Once confirmed, try to pair your Fronius-device to Tibber. The pairing in Tibber-app may take several attempts.

- Reconnect your car via the Power-up.

Identified - Cars that have been paired to Tibber using the new Volvo (non-Recharge) Power-up will lose connection after about a week. Re-pairing the car through the Power-up temporarily resolves the issue.

The problem has been identified, and we are working on a fix together with Volvo.
