Investigating - Skoda is in the process of migrating to a new native app, posing some challenges for our existing integration.

We are still experiencing issues with pairing of cars from Skoda, and are looking into it.

We are also having issues controlling some cars that don't have an integrated charger, which can impact smart charging of Skoda-vehicles.

Investigating - New firmware release out to all batteries this week which also includes the new overview page for the local webserver. A new app release on its way out as well containing some nice new features and fixes.

Reported:
- Battery automatically set to local mode.
- Fix issue with mixed UTC and local timezones in local webserver. (Fixed)
- Battery stuck in 0 and 100% SoC.

In progress:
- New UI for selecting modes on iOS.
- Updates to the main UI for iOS.
- Improvements around discharging in Self Consumption mode.

Solved:
- New local webserver UI Overview page released.
- Improved network connectivity using LTE and WiFi.
- Pulse CT upgrade and stability fixes.
- Preparation work to handle new EMS firmware.
- Time-zone is now harmonized cross the app, solving issues with showing the history and actions end time in with the wrong time-zone. Going out in the next app release.
- New UI for selecting modes on Android. Going out in the next app release.
- Updates to the main UI for Android. Going out in the next app release.
- Stability improvements of the Homevolt platform.

Update - We are experiencing some issues with expired tokens for devices connected through third-parties.

If you are experiencing that your car or other device is offline in the Tibber-app (Grey icon), please navigate to Power-ups and hit "Disconnect" for the affected power-up.

Once disconnected, you can re-pair it again and everything should work as before.

This incident can impact cars and other smart devices, like thermostats and heat pumps.

Investigating - Owners of Jaguar and Land Rover might experience difficulties in pairing/charging their vehicles. We are looking into this issue.

Identified - If you are experiencing that your Audi is no longer communicating with Tibber, please re-pair the vehicle.

You can do so by disconnecting the Audi power-up under Power-ups and then update the MyAudi-app before reconnecting the car to Tibber.

If you are having issues connecting your Audi again, you may need to accept Audi's new terms and conditions.

Adding a car to your Tibber-app may help resolve the issue. You can add a vehicle under You -> Electric cars -> Add car -> Tibber Dummy.

You can also lower the maximum charging current on your charger to minimize the impact on your main fuse as a temporary fix.

Investigating - This week we concluded the extra effort put into schedule issues throughout the stack. A lot of issues has been fixed and we see an improved stability in the scheduling. Still monitoring the results.

Reported:
- Some weird behaviors regarding the logic behind the reasons that is shown in the app

In progress:
- HV+EV (Beta test until November)
- New UI for mode selection in the app
- New reason for when the battery is in basic mode
- Improvements to the installer web app.

Solved:
- Stability improvements made to the Homevolt platform.
- Improvements to the internal fleet management dashboard, such as more data, performance improvements, etc.

Investigating - A fix of the issues with *Schedules with discharge setpoint 0* was released early/mid last week and should hopefully work from now on.
We have also made some changes lately, so the battery should always use grid set point and follow the import/export of the home, this should mean that the schedule better adjusts to changes in measured load.

Reported:
- Schedules created close after a day with EV charging seem a bit off (Investigating)
- Schedules with few instances covering long periods of time, i.e. 2 days idling… (Investigating)
- Battery capacity issue (Investigating)

Update - We are experiencing issues with 2024-models from KIA and Hyundai, as well missing option to enter the vehicle PIN-code for new pairings on Android-devices. PIN-issue can be solved by re-pairing your KIA or Hyundai using an iPhone-version of the Tibber-app.
