Investigating

We are currently investigating this issue.

Some users may experience that their car is not recognized as being at home, which prevents Smart Charging from working as expected. This may have caused car widgets to disappear from the app.

You do not need to re-pair your car, as this will not resolve the issue.

While we work on a solution, you can choose to temporarily disable Smart Charging and instead schedule a charging session using your car’s native app or the app provided by your charger.
