Investigating

Some customers are experiencing that their Hyundai has been disconnected and they are unable to add it again. We are currently investigating the issue.

If you have an integrated charger, we recommend adding a Tibber Dummy car to enable smart charging.
If you do not have an integrated charger, we suggest scheduling charging during the cheap hours using either the Kia app or your charger, if possible.

We will update this message as soon as we have new information.
