A fix has been implemented by Wallbox, and we are monitoring the results.
You can now update your charger to the latest available software version again. After the update, ensure that your Wallbox has also restored its Wi-Fi connection. If not, you will need to restore the connection first to be able to use Smart Charging.

------------------------------------------------------------------------ Wallbox has released a new software version for some of their chargers which can cause problems with Smart Charging. If you have version 6.7.17 or 6.7.20 installed the temporary solution is to to reset your Wallbox to its factory settings. Wallbox is working on a fix.
How to restore your Wallbox to the factory settings:
1. Ensure you run the latest Wallbox app version by checking your mobile phone’s App Store or Play Store. 2. Log in to the Wallbox app. 3 Select your charger. 4. Wait until the Bluetooth connection between your app and your charger is established. 5. On the charger app screen, tap the Settings gear icon. 6. Tap on Installation options/scroll furthers down 7. Tap Restore. 8. Tap Start Restore to launch the restoration process. Remember that the charger will be unavailable during the whole restoration process.
The restoration can take up to 15 minutes to complete. The LED halo should power off/on and rotate. Please wait until the LED stops spinning and the charger powers on. Your charger is now restored to factory settings.
Remember you must connect to it via Bluetooth again and configure its Internet connection. It is also advised to turn off auto-update.
