Update

Together with Solis, we have developed new firmware that resolves the known issues affecting the Tibber–Solis integration. Once your inverter has been updated, the integration should work as intended again.

Update

Solis has fixed this issue in a new firmware version, which will be released soon.

We will notify you via email and in the Tibber app as soon as the update is available for installation.

Monitoring

We are still awaiting a new firmware update from Solis, but have implemented a temporary fix for this issue and are monitoring the results.

Identified

We have identified a firmware limitation affecting some Solis inverters that may prevent the battery from charging as expected during periods of high household power consumption. We are working closely with Solis to resolve this
