Wallbox has informed us that they have discovered a bug in firmware version 6.11.16 for the Wallbox Pulsar Max chargers. They are currently working on a firmware update to resolve this issue.
Symptoms: charging starts at high power, then drops or stops and never goes above 6A again, causing issue for some cars to not start charing again.
To temporarily resolve this issue, Wallbox advises customers to perform a factory reset and to turn off automatic software updates after the factory reset.
Please make sure the charger connects to your Wi-Fi network again after the reset.
