We experienced a disruption in creating and executing Smart Charging schedules between 11:00 PM on the 16th and 12:30 AM on the 17th.
This may have caused fallback schedules to be created, initiating charging 6 hours before the set departure time without optimization. During the disruption window, Load Balancing and Peak Control may also have been affected.
A fix has been implemented, and we are actively monitoring the results. Our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
