Investigating

Some Ford vehicles are not reporting the correct location when they are at home, which prevents us from receiving data from those vehicles. We are investigating this issue together with Ford.

If you are experiencing this problem and you have an integrated charger, you can temporarily add a non-integrated car to your Tibber account and control charging through that vehicle.

If you don’t have an integrated charger, we recommend scheduling charging manually in case we are not receiving the correct SoC data from your car.
