For most affected customers, we have received the correct data from Inexogy and have we replaced the incorrect data. Those customer will receive their invoice soon.
For the other customers we are still working together with Inexogy to get the right data.

Investigating
Some German users might see a significant spike in their consumption value on the 10th and/or 11th of September.
We are investigating the issue and will provide an update once we have more information.
