Tibber system status
Monitoring - We have implemented a fix for this issue, and it should now be possible to enter PIN-codes for Hyundai and KIA.

In order to enter the PIN-code, so we can retrieve vehicle data, follow the steps below:

- Find your KIA or Hyundai on the home page of the Tibber-app.
- Press the settings-icon in the upper right corner (cog wheel)
- You should now be prompted to enter the car's PIN-code.
- Enter the four digit code and proceed to set all settings for smart charging.

You may need to force close the app once for the change to take effect if the Tibber-app has been running in the background on your device for a longer period.

Investigating - Owners of Jaguar and Land Rover might experience difficulties in pairing/charging their vehicles. We are looking into this issue.

In the meantime, if there is an integrated charger present - add a non integrated car to smart charge instead.

- Additional tweaks and improvements to the schedules.
- UI updates in the App.

Investigating - We are currently investigating an issue with devices related to Smart Charging not being able to pair in the app. This applies to all cars and chargers.

Device pairing for cars and chargers will end in a error message but might still get paired but not show up on the home screen.

Monitoring - The issue may have been caused by attempts to stop charging too fast, resulting in the stop-command being rejected by Zaptec. This caused the Zaptec-chargers to add a standby-current (6A) which can cause some cars to continue charging.

We’ve added a short wait of 1 minute before attempting to stop Zaptec-chargers upon connection to mitigate the issue and comply with the recent Zaptec Cloud-updates, and are monitoring the effects of this.

The wait added means that your Zaptec-charger will supply power to your car for 1 minute when connected before we attempt to stop and postpone charging.

Update - We are experiencing issues with smart charging not being able to correctly pause charging on some Zaptec-chargers due to a 6A-current being set on the chargers after we've stopped charging. This is causing some cars to resume charging outside of charging schedules.
