Identified - Cars that have been paired to Tibber using the new Volvo (non-Recharge) Power-up will lose connection after about a week. Re-pairing the car through the Power-up temporarily resolves the issue.

The problem has been identified, and we are working on a fix together with Volvo.

Monitoring - Due to recent changes at Volkswagen, you will need to follow the steps below to re-establish communication with your car:

- Disconnect your car via the Power-up.
- Log out of the Volkswagen app and then log back in.
- Reconnect your car via the Power-up.

- Schedule charging in the Volkswagen app

If we are no longer receiving data from your SMA inverter, the solution is to re-pair the inverter in the Power-Up.

If the above does not work, please log into the SMA Sunny Portal (https://ennexos.sunnyportal.com/) with your SMA credentials and accepting any updates to Terms & Conditions before trying to re-pair in the Tibber app again.

Update - We are continuing to work on the Fronius-integration.

If you are having issues pairing your Fronius-inverter to Tibber, please try to turn off MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) on your Fronius-account and then attempt to pair the Fronius power-up to Tibber.

To turn off MFA for Fronius:
1. Go to login.fronius.com/myaccount
2. Log in with your account-details
3. Go to the tab "Security"
4. Click the toggle for MFA to turn it off.

You can also attempt to log into https://login.fronius.com/ to confirm your account.
Once confirmed, try to pair your Fronius-device to Tibber. The pairing in Tibber-app may take several attempts.

Monitoring - It is now possible to pair all Volvo's to Tibber again using the regular Volvo Power-up.

Due to the previously mentioned changes, also the older Volvo-vehicles (Sensus) will require an integrated charger in order to smart charge as we can no longer control charging directly on the car.

The Volvo Power-up is a read-only type integration, where we fetch battery level of the car for smart charging.

Identified - Due to a backend update by Volvo, the current Volvo Power-up is temporarily unavailable. This means Smart Charging via the Volvo Power-up will not work for now. We are actively working on a solution together with Volvo to restore full functionality.

In the meantime, we suggest the following:

- If you have a Tibber-integrated charger, you can continue using Smart Charging and earn Grid Rewards through your charger. Simply add your car as non-integrated in the Tibber app and connect your charger.

- Schedule charging in the Volvo Cars app: You can manually set a charging schedule directly in the Volvo Cars (Recharge) app.

On some Volvos we are experiencing a loss of connection and pairing issues. (The pairing issue may also affect newer Volvo Recharge-cars)

Investigating - We are having issues controlling charging on older Volvo-hybrids. This applies to models launched before 2022, using the Volvo Sensus-operating system.

Due to an update of the Volvo-app we can't fetch saved locations in order to adjust charging timers in the car.

Resolved - We experienced a disruption in creating and executing Smart Charging schedules between 11:00 PM on the 16th and 12:30 AM on the 17th.

This may have caused fallback schedules to be created, initiating charging 6 hours before the set departure time without optimization.
During the disruption window, Load Balancing and Peak Control may also have been affected.

A fix has been implemented, and we are actively monitoring the results. Our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
