Identified - We have identified a firmware limitation affecting some Solis inverters that may prevent the battery from charging as expected during periods of high household power consumption. We are working closely with Solis to resolve this

Monitoring - We have found a solution for the issue involving Perific load balancing.
Since we cannot see which users are using Perific for load balancing, please contact support and ask them to activate the solution on your Tibber account.

We advise customers who have both a Perific One and a Pulse to temporarily disable load balancing on the Perific One and use the Pulse for load balancing instead. If you do not have a Pulse, we advise you to temporarily disable Smart Charging.

This only applies to customers who have both a Zaptec and a Perific load balancer.

🟑 Home Assistant - issues maintaning connection to Tibber API
Identified - The issue has been identified as a bug in the Tibber integration. More information can be found here:

As a temporary workaround, users can create an automation that reloads the integration if the power entity has not been updated for X minutes. Example YAML:

🟑 Pulse IR: Issues connecting Pulse IR to Tibber using iOS.
Investigating - This only applies to the Pulse IR in Germany:

We have discovered an issue where the pairing for Pulse IR sometimes will say that the pairing was successful, but the Pulse IR does not connect to the Tibber-app, and only the bridge will show as connected.

We are investigating this issue. There is currently no known ways to get around the issue until a permanent fix is in place.
