Update - We are continuing to work on the Fronius-integration.

If you are having issues pairing your Fronius-inverter to Tibber, please try to turn off MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) on your Fronius-account and then attempt to pair the Fronius power-up to Tibber.

To turn off MFA for Fronius:
1. Go to login.fronius.com/myaccount
2. Log in with your account-details
3. Go to the tab "Security"
4. Click the toggle for MFA to turn it off.

You can also attempt to log into https://login.fronius.com/ to confirm your account.
Once confirmed, try to pair your Fronius-device to Tibber. The pairing in Tibber-app may take several attempts.

Monitoring - Earlier this year, Tesla made changes to its permission structure, removing location access from the general vehicle command permissions. As a result, Tibber no longer needs access to vehicle commands — only access to vehicle information, location, and charge management is needed.

Starting June 4, 2025, Tesla will stop sending data from vehicles for which Tibber does not have explicit location access. Since February, we have sent several messages asking you to reconnect your Tesla to ensure continued control over smart charging. If you have already reconnected your car, no further action is needed.

However, if you have not reconnected your Tesla to Tibber since February, we strongly recommend to follow this url: https://auth.tesla.com/sv_se/user/revoke/consent?revoke_client_id=9031df111b2c-48f6-a1de-63516a33c4a9
and give us location access to your Tesla.

Investigating - We are currently investigating an issue affecting some German customers using the Discovergy power-up.
Since May 19th, affected users may notice:

- The power-up showing 0 W on the home screen.
- Gaps in the consumption graph within the power-up.
- Missing billing values in analysis.
- Issues when attempting to re-pair the power-up after disconnecting.

Please note: This does not effect the new Inexogy meters, only older Discovergy devices that are billed via API.

We will provide an update as soon as more information becomes available.

Investigating - Some users may experience getting randomly logged out of the app. This seems to be caused by the price-widget that you can have visible on your iOS homescreen.

The issue has been identified. As a temporary solution, you can remove the widget from your phone until the issue is fixed.

If the above does not work, please log into the SMA Sunny Portal (https://ennexos.sunnyportal.com/) with your SMA credentials and accepting any updates to Terms & Conditions before trying to re-pair in the Tibber app again.
