Update -
We restored the session history (costs and consumption) yesterday afternoon.
During the period in which the charging session information was disabled, the rewards and compensation for Grid Reward events were also not visible in the app. Rest assured, your benefits for supporting the grid were calculated correctly and will be included on your invoice.

Monitoring -
We have implemented fixes and are seeing systems returning to normal functionality. For now, only the consumption and cost data for charging sessions are not being updated for all users, which means the charging summary does not display the correct information.
We will continue monitoring to ensure all issues have been resolved and will restore the charging consumption and cost data as soon as possible.
